College Campus Masterplan

Loudonville, New York

Planning for the Future

The near three year process began with a pre-planning phase focused on classroom usage and capacity, and the analysis of space needs across all curriculum and program majors for the private Franciscan college. The masterplan acts as the blueprint for long-term campus planning and addresses immediate needs for aging buildings and infrastructure, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, environmental and sustainability goals, campus culture life, and new and growing programs while supporting the College’s strategic mission.
